An AI receptionist SaaS platform built for therapists and clinics. Built end-to-end production architecture: Meta WhatsApp Cloud API webhooks with idempotency and retry queues, LLM conversation pipelines with contextual clinic guardrails (fees, timings, FAQs), multi-tenant PostgreSQL schema with clinic data isolation, and Redis worker queues for asynchronous task processing.

Founded and engineered Replora — an AI receptionist SaaS platform for healthcare practices. Built the complete production architecture: Meta WhatsApp Cloud API webhooks with idempotency and background retry workers, multi-tenant PostgreSQL schema with clinic data isolation, Redis job queues for asynchronous tasks, and LLM conversation pipelines with contextual clinic guardrails that autonomously process patient bookings 24/7.
Led backend engineering and infrastructure at Sponzo. Architected scalable API services, built secure authentication flows, managed Supabase & PostgreSQL database architecture, optimized database indexing and query latency under heavy concurrency, and established backend architecture conventions across the team.
Also collaborated with Cynthius Studio on marketing & branding projects.
